- An appropriate decision of the European Commission has been issued, ensuring an adequate level of protection for Personal Data in that particular country.
- In instances where a particular country lacks a confirmed decision from the European Commission, the use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission is implemented to ensure data transfer compliance.
- Implementation of binding corporate rules sanctioned by the competent supervisory authority.
