- The Controller shall, with due diligence, select and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data being processed. Full access to databases is granted only to persons authorized by the Controller.
- B43 sp. z o. o., acting as the Controller of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), places paramount importance on safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of Users' personal data. Users who provide their data electronically through forms on the website within the domain b43.tech (hereinafter referred to as "b43.tech"), governed by the specified Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use"), or by registering for meetups and forums organized by B43, can be assured of our commitment to data protection

Basis for Processing Personal Data
- The Controller will process personal data in compliance with the law, particularly in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The GDPR deals with the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data while replacing Directive 95/46/EC.

- We will use the personal data to initiate and maintain communication with the Candidate concerning the submitted application documents, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. This pertains to taking necessary steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract.
- The recruitment process will be conducted and finalized based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which involves taking necessary actions at the data subject's request before entering into a contract. This includes data specified in Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code. Additionally, certain data beyond the scope of Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code will be processed based on the Candidate's consent, as outlined in Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- We will consider the Candidate's application documents for future recruitment processes with their voluntary consent, as stipulated under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- The Controller will adapt and enhance the functionalities of the website, including its structure and content, to meet the needs of Internet users. This includes generating aggregated statistics and ensuring the security and quality of services provided by the service, all of which are based on the legitimate interests of the Controller as specified under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- Initiating communication to create a customized offer of the Controller's services and/or products, as requested by the Customer, will be carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- Engaging in statistical analysis of information concerning participants in our events, in line with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, serves a legitimate purpose to enhance our activities by gaining valuable insights from the gathered statistics.
- Conducting investigations or protecting against potential claims will be carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
- Irrespective of the processing purpose, providing the data is voluntary; however, in some cases, failure to do so may hinder the ability to enter into a contract, utilize specific services within the platform, or receive marketing content.
- The User must refrain from sharing personal data of third parties with the Controller. If the User intends to transfer third-party data, they are obligated to provide a declaration confirming that they have obtained the necessary consent from the said third parties to transfer their data to the Controller.
Extent of Personal Data Processing
The Controller processes personal data solely to the extent required to fulfill a specific and well-defined purpose, in accordance with the information provided below:
- By using the contact form, the User may send a message containing their email address, telephone number, and any other information they voluntarily provide within the message.
- For the purpose of preparing offers, the Controller may use the individual's name, surname, email address, telephone number, and any other information included in the message sent via the contact form.
- Regarding recruitment, the Controller will process the email address from which the message was sent and the data provided within the application form.
- For the purpose of sending newsletters, commercial and business information, as well as e-books, the Controller may collect various details, including but not limited to the individual's name, surname, email address, and telephone number.
- To customize and enhance website functionality, the Controller collects IP addresses during Internet connections solely for technical purposes related to server administration.
The Controller does not utilize data collected about Users to make automated decisions.
Data retention period
Personal data will be retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the specific purpose for which it was provided or to comply with relevant regulations, as outlined below:
- Personal data obtained for recruitment purposes will be processed throughout the duration of the recruitment process. If the Candidate consents to retaining their data for future recruitment opportunities, the data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or for a maximum of 12 months from the date of granting consent.
- The data collected for the purpose of sending marketing content, newsletters, commercial and business information, and e-books will be processed until the User withdraws their consent.
- Personal data gathered to respond to questions submitted through the contact form will be processed for a period of up to 6 months following the last communication.
- Personal data collected for creating a personalized offer of products and/or services will be processed throughout the offer negotiation period. After its completion, the data will be retained for 12 months from the date of the last contact, or it may be added to the Controller's customer database to execute the concluded agreement.
Recipients of personal data
- Users' data may be disclosed to authorized entities as required by applicable laws, including relevant judicial authorities.
- Personal data may be transferred to entities collaborating with the Controller under appropriate agreements, which include selected marketing agencies and partners providing technical services.
Rights of persons
- The user is required to provide complete, current, and accurate data.
- Each user, whose personal data is processed by the Controller, has the right to access, correct, remove, restrict the process, transfer, and also:
